Safety First
A Safer Internet for a Brighter Generation
At KidzCloud, child safety comes first. The platform is designed with age-focused access, parent awareness, moderation and reporting tools to support a positive digital learning environment.
- Ages 5–18 only
- One person – one account
- Parent-aware by design
- Zero ads
- Zero adult content
- Verified participation
Age-focused access (5–18 only)
Learner accounts are built for ages 5–18, with learning pathways and content shaped around age groups rather than a general audience.
Privacy protected
We collect only what is needed to run the service, protect it with access controls and encryption in transit, and never sell personal data.
Parent consent and awareness
Parents link to their child’s account, give consent where the law requires it, and can follow progress and participation.
Easy reporting tools
Anyone can report a concern about a post, comment, profile or session to our support team by email or phone. Safety reports are prioritised.
Moderated content
Courses, tutor profiles and community posts follow child-appropriate content standards and are reviewed through moderation processes.
Zero tolerance for adult content
Adult, vulgar, violent or otherwise unsafe content is removed, and accounts that post it are suspended or permanently banned.
