1. Our community in one line
Be kind, be safe, be yourself. KidzCloud is a place for children to learn, share their talent and cheer each other on. These guidelines apply to everyone — students, parents, tutors and schools — and to everything you post, say or share.
2. Please do
- Be respectful and encouraging, even when you disagree.
- Share your own work, ideas and talent — and give credit when you use someone else’s.
- Keep posts and comments on learning, skills and positive interests.
- Use your real name and keep your account to yourself.
- Tell a parent, teacher or KidzCloud if something makes you uncomfortable.
3. Please don’t
- Bully, tease, threaten, shame or exclude anyone.
- Post anything adult, vulgar, violent, scary or hateful.
- Share personal details — yours or anyone else’s — like phone numbers, addresses, school names or passwords.
- Ask others to chat on other apps or meet in person.
- Pretend to be someone else, or create fake accounts.
- Spam, advertise, sell things, or post links to outside websites.
- Cheat in quizzes or competitions, or copy someone else’s work and call it yours.
- Post anything illegal or anything that breaks someone’s copyright.
4. Safety tips for young learners
- Never share your password or one-time code (OTP) — not even with friends.
- If someone asks you to keep a secret from your parents, tell your parents.
- If a message or post feels wrong, don’t reply — tell a trusted adult and report it.
- Think before you post: would you be happy for your teacher or grandparent to see it?
5. What happens if guidelines are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- remove the content;
- send a warning to the user (and, for a child, their linked parent);
- limit features such as posting or commenting for a period;
- suspend or permanently ban the account; and
- report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it.
Anything that puts a child at risk is handled under our Child Safety Policy and may lead to an immediate permanent ban.
6. Reporting and appeals
To report a post, comment or user, email support@kidzcloud.in with what happened and the username involved. If you think we removed your content or restricted your account by mistake, email us with the subject “Appeal” within 30 days and we will review it.
