1. Our commitment
KidzCloud is built for children aged 5–18. Keeping them safe is our first responsibility and applies to everyone on the platform — students, parents, tutors, schools and our own team.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any sexualisation of minors.
2. Safety by design
- Ages 5–18 only for learner accounts, with age-focused content and pathways.
- One person – one account, with mobile-number verification and identity verification for adults.
- Parent-aware by design: parents link to their child’s account, give consent and can guide and limit how the child participates.
- Verified tutors: tutors complete identity and qualification checks before they can teach.
- Zero ads and zero adult content in the child experience.
- Moderation: community content is screened by automated tools and reviewed by our team; content flagged as unsafe is held back or removed.
- Data minimisation: we collect only what we need and never use children’s data for advertising — see our Privacy Policy.
3. What is never allowed
- Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises children in any way.
- Grooming: building a relationship with a child to manipulate, exploit or abuse them.
- Asking a child for photos, personal details, location, or to keep secrets from their parents.
- Moving conversations with a child off KidzCloud to other apps, phone or in person.
- Bullying, threats, hate, self-harm promotion, violence or other content harmful to children.
- Adult, vulgar or age-inappropriate content of any kind.
4. Rules for tutors and other adults
- Interact with learners only through KidzCloud courses, live sessions and features.
- Keep all communication professional, educational and appropriate for the learner’s age.
- Never request or share personal contact details with a learner.
- Never offer gifts, money or special favours to a learner.
- Report any safeguarding concern about a learner to KidzCloud immediately.
5. How to report a concern
If you see anything that may put a child at risk, report it straight away:
- Email support@kidzcloud.in with the subject “Child safety concern”, describing what happened, where in the app, and any usernames involved.
- Call us on +91 81232 54305.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 112. For a child in need of care and protection, call the Childline helpline 1098. Report online child sexual abuse material or cybercrime at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.
6. How we respond
- Child safety reports are prioritised over every other kind of report.
- Content that may harm a child is removed or hidden as quickly as possible while we investigate.
- Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned, and we preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
- We report child sexual abuse and offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 to the police and relevant authorities, as the law requires.
- Where appropriate and safe, we inform the parent or guardian of the child concerned.
7. Child safety point of contact
KidzCloud Edutech Private Limited has designated a child safety point of contact who can speak to our CSAE prevention practices and compliance. Contact: support@kidzcloud.in, +91 81232 54305.
